Damage Policy

The “Service” being provided by CannaMaids is pickup/delivery and cleaning of customer property.

“Customer’s property” includes but is not limited to bong(s), pipe(s), water pipe(s), and other cannabis accessories that are owned by the customer and in the possession of CannaMaids for the service.

CannaMaids will provide reasonable efforts to care and protect the customer’s property.

• Before and after cleaning pictures of the customer’s property will be taken as proof of damage or lack thereof.

• The Customer’s property will be transported in protective boxes.

CannaMaids will give the customer’s property a size category upon estimate for each item. The Size category determines the price the customer will pay as well as how much CannaMaids will payout in the event the customer's property is damaged under CannaMaids care. Protection plan is Basic unless the customer asks to be upgraded during the estimate.

If CannaMaids damages customers property so that it is unusable CannaMaids will pay the customer based on the following table. Final Amount is determined by CannaMaids.

Painted, printed, or any other decoration that is not glass added to glass will not be covered in the event of scratches, chips, detachment, or other damage to the decoration.

Surfaces exposed to heat will not be covered in the event of scratches, chips, or other damage i.e. inside of bowls, nectar collector tips, dab nails, etc.

Pieces that are already chipped or damaged will not be covered in the event of scratches, chips, or other damage.

Minor scratches or blemishes in any case will not be considered damage.
